Ordering and sample products
We do not have a system of on line purchasing because each project is different and therefore the selection of the correct products is critical. Please email or call us for advice before placing an order.
We are happy to send samples of our products against specific projects for site trials and correct selection.
Payment is accepted by cheque or credit/debit card, or on account - subject to prior credit agreement.
We deliver nationwide, orders of 140 litres or more placed by 2.00pm are delivered free of charge in mainland Britain. Orders are delivered on a next day basis, except where goods classed as hazardous for transportation are included, when next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. There is a surcharge for hazardous goods deliveries of £14.75 + VAT per order (subject to change) irrespective of quantity.
Next day delivery means a working day any time up until 6.00pm. We can arrange for orders to be delivered before noon, before 10.00am or on Saturday mornings. There is an additional charge for these services which can be provided at the time of ordering.
The minimum order quantity is one pack size.
