Please note:  When you book a machine for hire, you will be sent a contract.  It is a requirement that this contract is signed and returned before Tensid can supply any equipment.  Please pay particular attention to insurance information.

Conditions

  1. Minimum hire charge 3 days or one week (Sat/Sun counted as working days).
  2. Hire commences at time/date of collection and terminated on time/date of return.
  3. Equipment to be collected/returned to the Tensid yard between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
  4. Delivery/collection charges are calculated by mileage and availability is subject to scheduling.
  5. Theft of machine whilst in the hirer's possession will be fully reimbursed by the hirer at the current value.
  6. Equipment will be inspected upon return for damage.  Any damage caused by the hirer will be charged accordingly.
  7. Fuel to be at the same level upon return as on first day of hire.
  8. It is the hirer's responsibility to provide full insurance cover for the equipment whilst it is in their possession.  If necessary,Tensid can arrange insurance cover on the hirer's behalf. 
  9. The hirer must produce proof of insurance, the name of the insurance company and policy number.  New customers must also produce a copy of a utility bill.  We require a copy of your insurance certificate returned with your signed contract.
  10.   If this form is not signed and returned, Tensid will automatically insure the equipment and charge accordingly.
  11.   New or non account customers are required to pay hire charges in advance by credit card.
  12.   All rates exclude VAT.
