Stylish Poole restaurant gets the SLX treatment
When Brighton based AGS Renovations were approached for advice, Bamboula and Deli on the Quay restaurants in the chic marina area of Poole were have real difficulty in maintaining their expensive granite flooring.
Faced with the everyday problems of grease, oil, food and wine stains they were looking for a solution which would not only protect the granite but provide them with a surface which was easy to clean and maintain.
AGS recommended a thorough deep clean of the 420 m2 area, using their Aquila pressure washer in conjunction with a WetVac system and a floor cleaning tool which minimised spray and splashing. This was followed by an application of SLX 100 - an impregnation treatment, which gives long lasting protection without forming a surface film or gloss, whilst allowing treated surfaces to breathe.
Water and stains 'bead' on the surface rather then penetrate the granite. This means spills and stain can be easily mopped up without causing damage to the surface or unsightly permanent staining.
